Michelle is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a specialization as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS). Her experience in the field spans nearly 13 years, during which she has finely honed her skills as an aesthetic injector. Holding the position of National Trainer for both Galderma and Allergan Aesthetics, along with private training, the responsibilities include spearheading comprehensive training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and staying at the forefront of cutting-edge advancements in the field of aesthetic medicine. Michelle has a passion for teaching, a fervor for continual learning, and a strong commitment to collaborative efforts with fellow injectors. She also practices in the clinic as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner lead with SkinSpirit in Burlingame, CA.
In addition to her professional accolades, Michelle has been elected as a distinguished member of the SkinSpirit Medical Board, contributing her expertise to the faculty Education, Safety, and Training Committees. Notably, she is highly sought after by peers in the aesthetics industry, who actively seek her guidance and mentorship. Furthermore, Michelle takes the lead in conducting numerous injectable training sessions for SkinSpirit. Michelle is the host and creator of the “Aesthetics Unfiltered” podcast, set to launch this fall. The podcast focuses on current trends and educational content in the field of medical aesthetics.
Michelle has a distinct fondness for Sculptra, having dedicated eight years to administering the treatment proficiently. Her enthusiasm lies in natural collagen-boosting procedures, and she stands at the forefront of Sculptra training in the Bay Area. Michelle remains available as a mentor for her trainees whenever needed.

Michelle specializes in facial balancing and comprehensive facial enhancements, showing a particular affinity for combination treatments. She incorporates Sculptra, Hyaluronic acid fillers, and platelet-rich fibrin to achieve natural-looking results that emphasize safety while helping slow the aging process.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Michelle harbors a love for painting. In her downtime, she is often found engaged in artistic endeavors or simply enjoying the company of her feline fur babies, Fluffy and Zippy.

Dr. Rappaport has attended numerous advanced aesthetic training programs, continually refining her skills to stay at the forefront of the industry. She has also worked with some of the top medical spas in the Bay Area, earning a reputation for excellence and precision in her work.
As a Medical Director, Dr. Rappaport specializes in injectables, her favorite procedure, and takes pride in creating personalized anti-aging treatments that enhance natural beauty while prioritizing patient safety. Her dedication and artistry have made her a trusted leader in the aesthetics community.
Michelle founded Syringe Science in response to the growing demand for sophisticated, science-based aesthetic training that prioritizes safety and ethics. She is deeply passionate about learning and teaching in the dynamic field of aesthetics.
